Zarlengo's has been a fixture of the Chicago Heights community for decades. We renovated their existing retail space and added a new adjacent manufacturing facility. With its improved walk-up ordering window, landscaped walls, outdoor seating, and green areas, the complex is designed to encourage customers to linger, gather, and enjoy their ice cream in a comfortable outdoor setting. The design of the manufacturing wing, which houses state-of-the-art dairy processing equipment, complements the forms that house retail and offices.
