The single-family home combines a mix of contrasting materials inside and outside to create a contemporary retreat that responds to a range of needs for the owners and their family. Porcelain floors, large commercial-grade windows, integrated outdoor areas, and features such as a mezzanine and floating stairway in the master suite generate a sleek yet welcoming family setting with unexpected moments.
