NOYA MIXED USE
Skokie, IL

This new mixed-use building is positioned adjacent to the a+c-designed Kehilat Chovevei Tzion synagogue. It anchors the corner of the street with a darker brick that contrasts with the synagogue’s white stone, giving each building a distinct vocabulary and prominence. Our design included large terraces, a roof deck, balconies, and a ground-level plaza in order to bring many features of a single-family home to this high-end apartment dwelling experience.
